The Secretary-General is appalled by the arson attack that killed 53 people in Monterrey, Mexico, yesterday.
He condemns this deplorable act of violence and expresses his condolences and solidarity to the families of the victims and the Government of Mexico. The United Nations stands with the people of Mexico at this difficult moment.
