United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Amman in the early hours of Thursday, 15 August, on a flight from Islamabad.
That morning he met with Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh at the Foreign Ministry.
Next the Secretary-General and the Foreign Minister flew by helicopter to Aqaba for a meeting with King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein.
The Secretary-General left Jordan in the early afternoon, flying to Ramallah in the State of Palestine by helicopter.
